Research Interest Summary

Outcomes and surgical technique in functional nasal airway surgery

Research Interests

Dr. Gillman’s clinical and research interest are concentrated in the combined and related areas of sinonasal and functional nasal airway surgery. He is primarily focused on the use of validated outcome measures to examine the effect of treatment, as well as improving and individualizing applied surgical techniques to best suit the needs of the patient. Those same areas are reflected in his writing and publications. He has extensive clinical experience dealing with primary nasal airway issues, revision nasal airway issues, the post-traumatic nasal deformity, cosmetic nasal deformities and combined sinus and nasal issues as well as other areas of facial plastic and reconstructive surgery.
